The article under review is a continuation of the author's paper [Sib. Zh. Ind. Mat. 3, No. 2, 152--158 (2000; Zbl 0966.80010)], wherein the smoothness of a slow integral manifold is studied which was obtained from a system of differential equations with a small parameter describing a mathematical model of a catalytic reactor.NEWLINENEWLINE The aim of the article under review is to prove that the slow surface of the system of differential equations under consideration represented by a cusp surface is a smooth manifold.
