Errors in assessing the tidal response parameter in electromagnetic pulsed terrestrial emission (English)
0 references
An algorithm is described for the interval assessment of the harmonic component parameters with known frequencies in a noise-affected signal. Its theoretical justification is based on the fact that the noise component of the signal is of the Poisson character. Results are described of implementation of the algorithm proposed to assessing the tide's response phase in the intensiveness of electromagnetic pulsed terrestrial emission. The method is efficient for assessing errors of pointwise estimates of the tide response phase.
