Dynamo action is demonstrated numerically in forced Taylor-Green vortex, which is made up of a confined swirling flow of a shear layer between two counter-rotating eddies (the so-called von Kármán swirling flow). The behaviour of the critical magnetic Reynolds number is studied, and cases are discussed when the long-term magnetic field production of the dynamo action saturates.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0973.00055].
