Uniformly high-order methods for unsteady incompressible flows. (English)
0 references
The paper deals with uniformly high-order schemes for unsteady incompressible flows. The high-order flux reconstruction is based on an interpolation procedure with constant weight coefficients. These are assigned by solving a system of algebraic equations derived by posing conditions for minimizing numerical dissipation and dispersion. The resulting discrete systems are solved efficiently by an artifial compressibility method with dual time stepping and multigrid acceleration. Numerical examples illustrate the capabilities of the approach to resolve complex flow features on relatively coarse grids.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0978.00036].
