In an earlier paper [Int. Ser. Adv. Bound. Elem. 6, 739-747 (1999; Zbl 0972.65013)], the author discussed the recovery in the univariate case. In this paper, the bivariate case is presented, using bivariate analogs of Taylor expansion and Peano's theorem.
