Element-free AMGe: General algorithms for computing interpolation weights in AMG (English)
0 references
The authors provide a new method to determine the interpolation weights in algebraic multigrid algorithms (AMG). The method speculates the advantages of the AMGe (element based AMG) interpolation without requiring acces to individual element stiffnes matrix. It is applicable not only to the finite element method but also to finite differences as well as to finite volume discretizations. C. I. Gheorghiu, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
