A classical unital in \(PG(2,q)\) is the set of self-conjugate points of a Hermitian (unitary) polarity. It was shown by \textit{B. C. Kestenband} [Geom. Dedicata 11, 107--117 (1981; Zbl 0452.51007)] that there are seven classes of intersections of a pair of unitals. It is shown here that each such class is projectively unique. The collineation group of each intersection is found.
