This paper presents a DPW method for spacelike constant mean curvature (CMC) surfaces with mean curvature \(H\) satisfying \(0\leq H< 1\) in \(S^{2, 1}\) by using the Iwasawa splitting. The author studies the singularities of these surfaces and special types of singularities, focusing on the asymptotic behavior of the Iwasawa splitting and using the \(s\)-spectral deformation. In particular, the Smyth-type surfaces are analyzed.
