The author studies some basic properties in a structure called Menger probabilistic inner product space following a very restrictive definition given by Zhang Shi-sheng. The working definition for non-trivial \(t\)-norms can be found today in [\textit{C. Alsina}, \textit{B. Schweizer}, \textit{C. Sempi} and \textit{A. Sklar}, Rend. Math. Appl., VII. Ser. 17, No. 1, 115-127 (1997; Zbl 0945.46012)].
