Constructing boundary layers for a shallow shell by the energy-asymptotic method (English)
0 references
The author employs his energy asymptotic approach (see [\textit{A.~P.~Prusakov}, Prikl. Mekh. 11, No.~10, 41-51 (1975)]) for efficient determination of the stressed-strained state of a shallow shell. The comparison of the obtained result with the well-known ones is carried out by the example of plane strain of an isotropic plate subjected to the normal load on the edges.
