An inverse pendulum is considered whose base moves along the horizontal direction. The author applies the method of solution of inverse problems of the theory of differential equations [\textit{S.~V.~Volkov}, ``Construction of differential operators of dynamical systems'', Izd. Ros. Univ. Druzhby Narodov, Moscow (1999)] for construction of a control bounded in the whole which ensures the pendulum swing and stabilisation in the upper position.
