A parallel wavelet algorithm for two-dimensional conservation laws (Q2782320)

Authors consider only the main steps of the multilevel technique, and wavelet transform and the regularity analysis of the numerical solution based on a point-value multiresolution transform. Special attention is given to the development of multilevel algorithm method and its application to the solution of a two-dimensional Riemann problem in gas dynamics. This multivalued algorithm allows the authors to obtain very high quality solutions of the Riemann problem.
