From the dynamic programming viewpoint, the author reconsiders \textit{R. E. Bellman} and \textit{L. A. Zadeh}'s ``Decision-making in a fuzzy environment'' [Manage. Sci. B 17, 141--164 (1970)] on three-deterministic, stochastic and fuzzy systems.
