The subject is the localization problem of blow-up points for semidiscretizations in the space of positive solutions for a parabolic problem with nonlinear boundary conditions. It is proved that blow-up sets either concentrates near the boundary or is the whole domain. A first degree finite element approximation of the spatial variable and the mass lumping techniques are used.
