On the central limit theorem (English)

A central limit theorem is established for sums of some dependent sequences of random variables. A bound for the rate of convergence is also given. As an application of the results, some known results for sums and quadratic forms of independent and weakly dependent random variables are obtained. Finally, the central limit theorem for generalized \(U\)-statistics and a bound for rate of convergence in this theorem are developed.
