Let \(D\) be a quaternion division algebra, \(X\) be a subgroup of \(\text{GL}_4(D)\) and \(G\) contains the special unitary group associated with a nondegenerate skew-symmetric form with Witt index 1 over a subfield of \(D\). Under additional conditions on the subfield, it is proved that \(X\) contains a normal subgroup \(G\) of special type.
