The authors consider the static output stabilization problem for a linear time-invariant system NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\begin{cases} \dot x=Ax+Bu\\ y=Cx. \end{cases}NEWLINE\]NEWLINE The problem is reduced to the solution of matrix inequalities, which are respectively called the \(W\)-problem and the \(P\)-problem. The proposed approach rests on certain linear matrix inequalities without constraints. The result is applied to systems with uncertainty.
