This is a Russian translation of the course of lectures by H. Lorentz given in Collège de France in the fall of 1912. The review of A. Einstein on this course published in 1916 and his short paper ``Lorentz as a creator and a personality'' published in 1953 are also included in this edition. This course is an introduction to the subject on the level of the beginning of the 20th century given by one of the creators of modern theoretical physics.
