The author is interested in nonlinear, nonstationary, discrete systems of the form NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\begin{cases} x(k+1)= f\bigl(k,x(k)\bigr)+ g\bigl( k,x(k)\bigr) u(k)\\ y(k)=h\bigl( k,x(k)\bigr)+ J\bigl(k,x(k)\bigr) u(k). \end{cases}NEWLINE\]NEWLINE Under the assumption that the system is passive (more precisely, lossless), and using the method of limiting equations and limiting Lyapunov functions, he gives a result about asymptotic equi- and uniform-stabilizability. Then he solves the problem of characterizing feedback equivalence between an arbitrary system and a lossless system with the same structure.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0971.00016].
