Integral and compactness. (English)
0 references
This book is the first in the series `Mathematical Research'. It starts with an introduction to locally compact topological groups and the definition of the Haar integral. Uniqueness and existence of the integral is studied. The second half of the book deals with unimodular groups, application of their integrals to transformation groups and integral equations (Volterra, with uniformly continuous kernels and special form kernels).
