Perturbation of pseudo-holonmorphic curves. (Addendum to ``Notes on symplectic 4-manifolds with \(b_ 2^ +=1\). II.'') (Q2785294)

This short note is an addendum to [\textit{H. Ohta} and \textit{K. Ono}, ibid. 755-770 (1996; see the preceding review Zbl 0873.53020)]. It is devoted to show (under a certain assumption) that the space of pseudo-holomorphic curves with singularities (in a compact symplectic \((2n)\)-manifold) is a submanifold in the space of pseudo-holomorphic curves. As a consequence, any pseudo-holomorphic curve can be deformed to a smoothly immersed pseudo-holomorphic curve. If \(n\geq 3\), one can deform a pseudo-holomorphic curve to an embedded pseudo-holomorphic curve.
