Human error and common-cause failure modelling for a system of n-identical components (English)

In the paper a classical parallel system is considered. In difference to other papers there can be two kind of failures: common-cause failures and human failures. The failed components are repaired. All rates (failure rates for the two types of failures and repair rates) are assumed to be constant. Formulas for the steady state aviability, the mean time to failure, as well as for the system reliability without repair are given. A small example of a system with 4 parallel components illustrates the results.
