The paper under review employs very regular manipulated calculations to obtain certain sets of results involving Riemann-Liouville, Erdélyi - Kober and Saigo's fractional integral and differential operators. More surprisingly, in the references and as a consequence in the text there is (are) no mention of the first and second operators, viz. \textit{H. Kober} [Q. J. Math., Oxf. Ser. 11, 193--211 (1940; Zbl 0025.18502; JFM 66.0520.02)] and \textit{A. Erdélyi} [Q. J. Math., Oxf. Ser. 11, 293--303 (1940; Zbl 0025.18602; JFM 66.0522.01)].
