The aim of this paper is to provide new sufficient conditions for the existence of \(T\)-periodic solutions of the weakly coupled system of nonlinear oscillators given by NEWLINE\[NEWLINE u_i''+g_i(t,u_i)=p_i(t,u,u'),\qquad i=1,\ldots, d. NEWLINE\]NEWLINE To this purpose, a variant of the celebrated Mawhin's global continuation theorem for coincidence degree is proved and applied.
