On solutions of the 2D Navier-Stokes equations with constant energy and enstrophy (English)

This is a study on the structure of the global attractor for two-dimensional space periodic nonhomogeneous Navier-Stokes equations. It is not yet known that this attractor contains nonstationary solutions with their energy and enstrophy constant in time, the so-called ``ghost solutions'', introduced in the paper: [\textit{C. Foias} et al., J. Dyn. Differ. Equations 25, No. 2, 393--433 (2013; Zbl 1285.35067)]. The authors consider some special ``ghost solutions'' and show how to check for the existence of these solutions in a computational way.
