Universality under Szegő's condition (English)

\textit{D. S. Lubinsky} [Ann. Math. (2) 170, No. 2, 915--939 (2009; Zbl 1176.42022)] has developped an elementary approach to universality limits. Morover, in [\textit{D. S. Lubinsky}, J. Anal. Math. 106, 373--394 (2008; Zbl 1156.42005)], he has highlighted a second method using the theory of entire functions. Unfortunately, this last method is not easy to apply. So, the aim of te author in this paper is to present a theorem on the universality on orthogonal polynomials and random matrices under relatively simple conditions on the weight function by comparison to the above work of D. S. Lubinsky.
