A mathematical model of platelets transfer in the blood plasma and blood thrombocyte thrombus formation is constructed, and its modified numerical version based on the advection-diffusion process and matrix formulation is proposed. Next, a comparison of the thrombus shapes arising near different sizes of the damaged segments of the aortic wall is performed.
