Analytic-numerical method for computation of interaction of physical fields in semiconductor diode (English)
0 references
The convergence of numerical and analytical-numerical methods applyed to different equations of mathematical physics is an acute problem in mathematics. Here, a version of an analytical-numerical method with a super-exponential convergence velocity is proposed for the analysis of a singularly perturbed nonlinear system of differential equations modeling the interactions of physical fields in the semiconductor diode.
