Simulation of spin-1/2 dynamics induced by laser field (English)
0 references
The motion of charged particles in an intensive laser field is investigated by a combined approach of classical and quasi-classical approximations. The effect of the magnetic component of Lorentz's force is taken into account out of frames of the dipole approximation by use of a correct solution of the classical equations of the charged particle motion. As to the evolution of the spin-\(1/2\) it is described by the effective Pauli's equation with relativistic corrections and it is solved in the quasi-classic approximation. A resonant regime of the spin-\(1/2\) re-orientation is recognized.
