The author presents a new procedure for studying the titled problem. The essence of the procedure is to embed the non-autonomous Kepler equation into a zero-energy level of a generalized autonomous Hamiltonian system. This embedding and generalization enables the author to employ Levi-Civita regularization which in turn enables a discovery of quasi-periodic solutions.NEWLINENEWLINEThe analysis is carefully expressed but it is very specialized and theoretical. The paper will likely be of interest and use to theoreticians and analysts working with Keplerian equations and systems.
