The paper under review is very interesting because it introduces a new tool to distinguish when a compact subset \(K\subset\mathbb R^3\) is an attractor for a discrete or continuous dynamical system.NEWLINENEWLINEUsing this new notion the author is able to show that some arcs, balls and spheres cannot be attractors in the previous setting.
