The paper generalizes the chordal Komatsu-Loewner equation for the standard slit domain instead of the simply connected domain. It was proved that the solution of the latter equation satisfies ODE with the right-hand side kernel being the complex Poisson kernel of the Brownian motion with darning. The differentiabioity of the solution of this equation was established, and probabilistic approach was used.
