Positive solutions for a fifth order nonlinear neutral delay partial difference equation (English)
0 references
The authors consider the existence of solutions of a fifth-order nonlinear neutral delay partial difference equation. They show, using the Banach fixed point theorem, that under suitable conditions the difference equation has uncountably many positive bounded solutions. Additionally, they develop Mann iterative schemes to generate sequences that converge to solutions. They also establish the error estimates between the sequences generated by the Mann iterative schemes and the bounded positive solutions. At the end of the paper they give three examples.
