    The authors propose ``two kinds of high-order compact finite difference schemes for second-order derivative''. ``A second-order numerical scheme for a Riemann-Liouvile derivative is'' also ``established based on a fractional centered difference operator''. The convergence and stability of the methods are studied and numerical examples are discussed.
