    The author studies mathematical aspects of the equilibrium condition for a system of \(n+2\) charged particles, where \(n\) of them have a planar configuration, while the remaining two are located off the plane. The obtained solutions to the corresponding Coulomb equations are periodic and show a polygonal structure in the system of the moving planar charges.
