Let \(S\) be a semigroup without identity and \(D_d(S)\) be the deleted diagonal act of \(S\). \textit{S. Bulman-Fleming} and \textit{A. Gilmour} [Semigroup Forum 79, No. 2, 298--314 (2009; Zbl 1183.20065)] answered the question of when \(D_d(S)\) is flat or satisfies Condition (P) or (E) for a completely (0-)simple semigroup. The authors of this paper answer a similar question for some other properties.
