The authors use the usual fixed point method to prove the generalized Hyers-Ulam stability of connections on Hermitian vector bundles over a Riemannian manifold for the generalized Jensen-type functional equation \(rf((x+y)/r)=f(x)+f(y)\).NEWLINENEWLINE Reviewer's remark: Stability of a general form of the Jensen inequality has been already investigated in [\textit{S.-M.
