The present article is concerned with the regularity of spectral fractional Dirichlet and Neumann problems. Restricted and spectral Dirichlet fractional Laplacians and their regularity properties in Sobolev space were already studied by various authors. This article mainly presents results related to regularity properties of the spectral Neumann fractional Laplacian. The regularity properties are extended to nonsmooth situations. Also, boundary problems associated to restricted and spectral Dirichlet and Neumann fractional Laplacian are discussed. Two interesting Neumann cases are discussed.
