The authors consider the domain of three-webs together with the boundary curves at the points of which the transversality of the web lines is violated. At these points, the curvature of the 3-web (the main 3-web invariant) does not exist. In the paper, other differential invariants of the tissue at the points of the boundary curves are found. Some examples are given.
