This paper studies pairs of frames \((F,\tau)\), with \(\tau\) a subframe of \(F\), called \(l\)-generalized topological spaces (shortly, \(LGT\)-spaces). Most results are easy reformulations of basic results in frame theory. The authors claim \(LGT\)-spaces to be a new point-free model for topology but no motivation and evidence is given to support the claim.
