Weighted estimates of accuracy of difference schemes for Sturm-Liouville problem (English)
0 references
In the paper it is established that the rate of convergence of difference schemes for solution of the Sturm-Liouville problem for linear ordinary differential equations is higher in the immediate vicinity of the boundary. Also, a priori estimates of accuracy are obtained which determine quantitatively the above mentioned effect. Results of numerical experiments are presented to verify the effect established.
