The block-diagonal similarity and semi-scalar equivalence of polynomial matrices (English)
0 references
The author presents a canonical form of the complex matrix \(B\) with respect to the similarity \(B\to S^{-1}BS\), where \(S\) is a direct sum of the invertible upper-triangular Toeplitz blocks. Necessary and sufficient conditions of semi-scalar equivalence are established for one type of polynomial matrices.
