An arc crack in a homogeneous electrostrictive material (English)

The paper deals with a problem on determination of stress-strain state in the elastic electrostrictive plane with an arc crack under electric and mechanical loadings applied at infinity. Besides, the loadings may be arbitrary oriented with respect to the crack axis. The problem is reduced to a linear conjugation problem for a piecewise-analytic function of complex variable. An exact analytical solution of this problem is obtained. Analytical expressions are found for the stresses at any point of the medium, the crack opening displacements and the stress intensity factors at the crack tips.
