In the paper the maximum principle and a priori estimates are utilized to study first boundary value problem for linear parabolic equation with power singularities in the coefficients with respect to space variables and impulse conditions with respect to time variable. For the stated problem existence and uniqueness of solution are established in the Hölder spaces with power weight.
