As the title shows, this book is aimed to exercises in linear algebra, based on a systematic discussion of 200 solved exercises and a review of important concepts and topics, by guiding the student through a review of the basics to more advanced material and by emphasizing on difficult subjects. Other 200 unsolved ones, all having answers, follow the solved exercises, which further supports the general approach of the book. In order to give the reader a feeling for the ability of the book to train the students, we point out in the sequel the titles of the chapters and the subchapters: 1. Matrices and vectors (Solved exercises, Proposed exercises), 2. Determinants (Solved exercises, Proposed exercises), 3. Vector spaces (Solved exercises, Proposed exercises), 4. Linear transformations (Solved exercises, Proposed exercises), 5. Inner products and norms (Solved exercises, Proposed exercises), 6. Eigenvalues and eigenvectors (Solved exercises, Proposed exercises). This book is based on good experience that is converted into a very valuable instrument of teaching and learning. It is highly recommended to students in mathematics and engineering and to any other professionals or scientists interested in linear algebra and applications.
