The authors develop an interesting mathematical foundation of convergence of discontinuous Galerkin schemes for front propagation with obstacles. A complete discrete analysis is made with the presentation of a number of theorems and lemmas. A number of numerical experiments is performed for the convergence and stability of the proposed theory. It is an excellent piece of research for theoretical and experimental researcher in the area.
