Global well-posedness in energy space for the Chern-Simons-Higgs system in temporal gauge (English)

The paper addresses a version of the Chern-Simons-Higgs model in the (2+1)-dimensional Minkowski space, which may be considered as a model for vortices in the abelian Chern-Simons theory. Classical field equations of the model are considered with initial data. Using bilinear space-time estimates in an appropriate Sobolev space, the existence of unique local solutions is proven.
