Direct and inverse problems of the thermoelastisity theory are often solved by the Duahmel-Newman equation. Here, a stationary problem of a thermally-loaded macro specimen from 2D graphene-type material is investigated by studying the Duahmel-Newman equation in an approximation of the small elastic deformation theory.
