Let \(k\) be an algebraically closed field of characteristic \(p>2\). Let \(V\) be an algebraic variety defined over \(k\) and \(G\) be a finite group acting on \(V\) such that \(V/G\) has at most isolated singularities. The classification of the corresponding singularities over \(\mathbb{C}\) can be found in the book of \textit{J. A. Wolf} [Spaces of constant curvature. 3rd ed. Boston, Mass.: Publish or Perish, Inc. (1974; Zbl 0281.53034)]. It is proved that for \(V\) being of dimension \(3\) the classification reduces to this classification.
