It is known that the five-dimensional AGT correspondence implies the connection between the \(q\)-deformed Virasoro block and the 5d Nekrasov partition function. In the present paper, using methods of Kadell's formula, a \(q\)-deformation of the four-point block in the Coulomb gas representation is determined from the 5d Nekrasov function. By means of a free field representation of the \(q\)-screening charges, an explicit form of the \(q\)-vertex operator is derived.
